I am making chocolate Wasc and I put 8 egg whites instead of 6 whole eggs. ...........Will it still be okay?

no -- you cut the calories!!! -- no fair. chocolate is supposed to be high fat!! -- wait --- it's chocolate -- who cares about the fat.
if you are concerned -- just ship the final product to me for disposal -- i mean quality testing.
