How much depends on your price per serving, which is based off how much you spend making the cake, the time you put into it, and so on. icon_smile.gif

well, i don't know what you should charge, but according to wiltons charts, it would serve 20, using their party size servings of 1.5x2

There are several different serving charts. The two most popular ones are Wilton's and Earlene's. (You can google them). I personally like Earlene's; (It's a little bigger than Wilton's and I think a little more realistic) According to her an 8 inch round cake serves 15. What you want to charge per serving is your choice. I charge $2.50 per serving, which is really low to most people; but I'm just starting out and happy to turn a profit. Hope that helps. icon_biggrin.gif

The standard serving for cakes is generally accepted at 1"x2"x4".

A 8" cake serves 24.

$50.24 for buttercream

$75.36 for fondant
