I have a friends who wants some homemaded easter eggs. I know there has to be a recipe for the peanut butter eggs somewhere. She also wants some fruit eggs. If anyone can help me find the recipe I would appreciate it very much. Thanks

here ya go honey...........
2 cups peanut butter
3/4 cup margarine(I use I can't believe its not butter)
2 cups ps
2 tsp vanilla

shape into eggs on a parchment covered tray and refrigerate for several hours till firm

when ready...use pan of water beneath another sauce pan(double boiler)
melt your chocolate wafers and I thin with crisco tbs at a time until you can work with it
bring eggs from fridge and start dipping.........return to fridge to firm nice and then wrap or whatever ..enjoy
you can double this recipe

when dipping if you use a thin skewer it leaves teeny hole to fill with chocolate icon_smile.gif or you can use candy dipper
