I don't have a KA so I really need to cut the NFSC recipe in half. Is this posted anywhere? How do I go about cutting the recipe in half? I just don't want to mess it up lol!

TIA

That is how I always make the NSFC recipe from here as I only make it for my family. Just cut everything in half, works perfectly for me!!!

Thanks! So looking at the recipe, just cut everything in half? Example: 3 cups of flour rather than 6? Gotcha! I hope it turns out okay. I've only made the full recipe. It's just to hard on my wimpy mixer! LOL

Thanks!

yep, just cut it in half. I do that all the time. I do reduce the baking powder, though... I use just under 1 t. for a 1/2 recipe.

I rarely make the whole recipe myself, it's a lot of dough and I don't do many cookies.
Works out fine, I also add a box of instant vanilla pudding to the mix, keeps them moist and chewy.

CakemommyTx, Do you add a box of pudding to a whole or half recipe?
