I was just wondering if you could use chocolate ganache to dip strwberrys into? I like the test of ganache better than just melted chocolate for dipping. So please if anybody has done this please let me know how they turn out.
You could, but they wouldn't set hard like just melted chocolate. Did you add any flavoring to your ganache, or is it just chocolate and heavy cream? If you did add any extracts, you could add those to the melted choc to get the same taste. If you didn't, then try using a better choc and you might like it better by itself. HTH!!
