Is there a tutorial in here that shows step by step how to make taco shells using chocolate or other methods? Thanks.

I make them all the time, I dry mine differently though. I just spread it on a square of wax paper and then drape the wax paper over a piece of pvc pipe and pop it in the freezer.

I like being able to dry them over different sized rods for different sized tacos.............here's a photo of some "real sized" ones I did and some super-tiny ones (about 1" across) on a sheet cake. I dried them on a glue stick for a hot glue gun
