I airbrushed my first cake and let it dry off for one day then the next when glued things on the glue made the colour sort of melt.

I am wanting to airbrush a cake and then paint vodka on it to make it shiny but am now worried that the colour will all melt when I try to paint the vodka on. What am I doing wrong?

I don't think you can paint vodka over airbrushing. What are you using as glue when you are trying to glue other things on?

The reason the color is washing off is you're rehydrating it and turning it back into a liquid. It's not like permanent ink.
