Hey every1, i have tried making a few cakes using the fondant as icing. does anyone know of a cake (any flavor) recipe that will hold the shape of the fondant? all the cakes i have tried i guess are to "spongy" or weak and makes everythng come out tacky... PLEASE HELP!!!
I use the enhanced cake formula on this site- the texture is more like pound cake, and it tastes great! It's sturdy for tiered cakes too! HTH!
