Hello everyone
Was wondering if anyone has ever used this. Says professional use almost exclusively over extracts. Lorann makes this. I bought lemon. Very tasty. I used in some buttercream icing with a lemon cake also Lemon Pound Cake.

I use the bakery emulsions all the time. I find them to be more flavorful than extracts but I'm no professional!
