Has anyone ever extended a Brownie Mix? I'm making an ice cream cake in an 11x15 pan and I want more brownie! Hubby didn't get his message to pick up an extra one.

I suppose you could make a batch of scratch brownie batter and combine them...

I make a recipe that when baked in a 13x9 it makes a very thick brownie. I think it could be cooked in a 11x15 with out a problem and still make nice browies. They wouldn't be two inches of brown, but it makes quite a bit of batter.
