Does anyone know any good recipe for a non-refrigerated cream cheese filling? or any other filling that complements a red velvet cake with fondant?

Thank you so much!

You can use some Richs Bettercreme and throw in a box of pudding mix.

My local cake store sell a non refrigerated cream cheese cake filling in a sleeve. You might check the cake supply stores online. Does it have to be non refrigerated? When I make red velvet I either make a vanilla mousse or a cheesecake mousse. I use one small box of instant pudding and one pint whipping cream. Whip until peaks form. So good. I have had cakes out for five hours and never had any problems.
