I just purchases Satin Ice fondant and I hate it. Why does it keep breaking...Im stressing out. Im trying to cover cakes and it just keep ripping. Any ideas why? Any suggestions?
roll it out on vinyl... dont use ps or cornstarch it just dries it out too fast.... you have to work really fast too... have everything ready to go roll out put on cake and smooth like a beast start at the edges the tear crack the fastest.... if you kinda can tell its going to be dry add some shortening first and make sure to knead it really really really well before starting...
