Ok I am making a ski slope/mountain cake. I have carved and iced it but my question is...should I smooth it at all or leave it "rough"??? I just don't know! LOL it is my first one so what do you all think? I am going to put tracks in it for the run......
Thanks
Brandi

I would think you might want some rough terrain at the top, but the snow is usually pretty smooth. Although you could "groom" the runs a bit.
