Ok, I have a stupid question for y'all. Do you include the wedding topper cake (the one they will eat on their anniversary) in the price of the wedding cake or do you just charge for the servings the guests will eat?

I charge for it if they're taking the gift certificate which they can use to get an anniversary cake. If they're freezing the top tier (most of mine don't) then it's free.

Well, I always advise my brides not to try to keep their "anniversary" tier. If they really want to try, I charge them for it.

I don't charge for the anniversary tier.
