I am interested in trying out this recipe.

This one is cooked with regular sugar, milk, and flour! My question is that it calls for milk, if I substituted with condensed milk, does it still have to be refrigerated?
Has anyone tried this recipe? I'm curious about your experience...

Im sorry wish I can be of more help, I dont think that the condensed milk will work because its different consistency. But I may be wrong
