I am not sure what you mean? I use a pasta roller to roll my fondant for decorations if that is what you are referring to. A pasta roller is not big enough to roll MMF or any other type of fondant to cover a cake.

I have a KA pasta roller.

I have both a KA model and a manual model for small jobs. It really depends on how much you are going to use it and for what purpose. You might start with the less expensive manual model and see if you really need the KA.

I started with a manual one for about a month or two and quickly bought an electric one. I think the brand is Atlas. Not sure about "best", but it serves the purpose. Rolls it thin and I don't have to turn the handle...LOL I kept the manual as my my luck my electric goes out when I need to use it.
