Mmf Flowers On Buttercream?

I make some really pretty flowers using MMF that I let air dry for a day or so, but whenever I use them ontop of buttercream ising on a cupcake the MMF starts to absorb the moisture from the buttercream, and they begin to soften and wilt. Does anyone know if drying them out for a longer period before using them will stop this, or will MMF always wilt when on buttercream?

Try mixing your fondant with gumpaste. That should make it more stable.
