Hey everyone, I'm going to attempt to make NFSC tomorrow, and was reading up on the tutorial, by Antonia74, about using the top portion of your oven. So does anyone know if that means moving the rack in my oven to the very top?

I use that recipe all the time. if I'm baking one sheet at a time, I use whichever rack placement is the closest to the center of the oven. If I'm baking 2 sheets at a time, I use the two closest to the center and rotate them 1/2 way through.
