Hello, I am making my husband cupcakes for his birthday and I want to do a choc cupcake and choc frosting. I do believe I would want the flat tops as I will be do a swirl design on top and then adding a RI transfer.
This is my first time to attempt this other then the normal cupcakes I made for my kids when they were little. Any help is appreciated.
Pretty much any regular chocolate cake recipe can be used to make cupcakes.
