I am doing a wedding cake for 20 people. Should I charge for the top tier since it's such a small order. I can see giving it away for free if it was a larger order. Help?
I usually give the top tier with orders over 100, otherwise I charge for it by serving.
Charge per serving for the entire cake for orders under 100. I only give the top tier for free if the couple is having me box it up for keeping...if it's served it's charged for per serving. I'm too small to be giving away product or my hard work for free.
