Stacking A Square Offset Cake.

What combination of layers do you think looks best when stacking a sguare cake--3 tiers--with only a quarter turn on each tier? Should the tiers have a 1,2,3, or 4 inch difference? Which do you think looks best? Show me some pics if you have any to go with your opinions. You are my "go to" people so I am depending on your expertise.

Here is one I did that is a 6",9",and 12" squares

I just flipped my cake pans over and messed around until i felt like I had the right sizes, told the bride and made up the rest of the servings in kitchen cakes. HTH
