you sure can! I substitute orange juice, pineapple juice, apple juice, you name it ......milk too (makes the cake nice and tender) for the water in the recipe!

I also add a box of 4 servings of orange Jello to one box of cake mix, just be sure you buy the good brand and the sugarfree.

Keonicakes:

Is this the Dreamsicle recipe you use, or is there another one posted here? What kind of filling do you normally use for this recipe? Sounds yum-o!

Sorry, forgot to add that I use creamcheese icing and that's what I fill it with. The mousse sounds really good though.

Thanks a lot. I did use the orange juice for the water it came out great. I made 66 cupcakes filled with 1/4 cup of batter . bake for 18 to 20 min. at 35. they only weird thing is the first 2 tray came out nice and flat. but the last trays they came out with a dome. so they don't look all the same. oh well they taste good. thanks
