I need idea for a 3 birthday at once cake design. My father (who likes outdoor and renovation work), my sister in law and a 3 years old boy.

You can always do a square layer cake and use one side for each person and interest and then use the fourth side for the message. I would put a bow on top. Just an idea. Maybe it will help.
