What colors do I mix to get a deep maroon color???

I would use burgundy and red.

There is a coor from chefmaster called maroon.
But you could do a brown with some red.

I would make the red as deep as you can, and then add tiny bits of brown or black (brown more of a maroon like Edna said, black more of a burgandy) until its how you like it.
