I have a wedding cake coming up and the tier's are 8,12,14,16,18, plus 2 10 inch Satile cakes.....How much frosting will i have to make? Thanks cakegirl.
Ok, seriously, the way I figured it, based on past experience, was it would take about 4 bags (2-lb bags) of p.sugar for every 7 cake mixes (a cake mix = "one batch" of cake batter).
Those pans would use 20-24 mixes so I'd figure 12-15 bags of p.sugar, depending on the BC decors you're putting on.
