How do I go about having my cupcakes to be flat on top, no dome? I would appreciate any help.
I'm not sure what kind of recipe you are looking for (vanilla/choco etc.) However I make DH devils food chocolate cake cupcakes and they comes up really flat. I doctor the cakemix a little bit by adding 1 extra egg, substitute water with milk and 1 package of chocolate/vanilla flavoured gelatin.
turn your oven down to 325, if you want a nice dome, raise it to 375
