I would like to do a cake that requires carving, but have never had to cut a cake before frosting it. What kind of knife do you recommend or so you have a favorite brand you like?
I like the knifes with teeth, like a bread knife myself.
I like my Henkels serrated steak knife, it's the perfect size for me to have great control.
I prefer a straight-edge knife, very sharp. Gives a nice clean cut.
