I just found a catering company that I will be renting kitchen space from, and so I have applied for my food license. Just wondering how long this process typically takes, especially from any of you Michiganders out there? I've heard everything from a few weeks to a few months, but thought I would ask the true professionals out there who have experienced this process. When can I expect them to contact me for an inspection?
