Could someone please tell me how far in advance can I make Sharon's buttercream. Thanks so much.

Sharon's buttercream lasts a very long time as long as it is well sealed and stored in a cool dry place. You can also freeze it if necessary. The only problem is that it does get more air bubbles the longer it sits so you just have to give it a good stir before you use it. It's the only buttercream I use.

Check out the recipe tab and look for Sugarshack's buttercream. There's also a youtube video of her making it.
