Hi, I have been getting alot of requests to have a cheescake wedding cake. Can anyone tell me if that is even possible??

That's what I had for my wedding and we loved it!! We had three seperate tiers and the only piece I got was the piece that me and my wife cut!!!

You could stack them too if you have a good support system. I myself have never seen this before though.

It is definitely possible. I think most people only put a bottom crust (not a side crust) and then cover the whole cheesecake with a whipped icing.

I've seen some really delectable looking ones where they drizzle chocolate ganache down the tops of the cakes!! They look beautiful like that too!!

It's possible. There's a place near me famous (locally) for their beautiful cheesecake wedding cakes.
