Hello everyone. I'm experimenting making cake balls. I just got a new big freezer and have a few parties coming up where I'd like to have these. I'd like to know what you guys do as far as freezing them. Do you just freeze the undipped cake balls then dip them in chocolate before serving or do you decorate them entirely then freeze them? Does the chocolate have any problems after freezing? I did one little batch with almond bark but found that the batch I did with dark chocolate chips tastes so much better. Any advice is appreciated. Right now I've got tons of undipped ones in the freezer and I'm trying to figure out whether to finish them off them freeze them freeze them they way they are.

Thanks,
Debbie

Just so I understand correctly. You never freeze the ones you have already dipped but you just freeze the undipped balls until you are ready to dip them? Whew. mouthful.
How long do they stay good in the freezer.
Thanks,
Debbie
