Can yogurt be used in place of milk in a scratch cake reipe?
I was thinking of using strawberry y ogurt, but not sure how it would affect the taste and texture of the cake.

I use plain yoghurt in place of milk all the time... I find that it gives the cake a much nicer texture....lighter texture... i dont really use milk anymore.
