Hi:

Can somebody help me? I have to make some chocolate mini cupcakes and would like to find a great recipe which yields to a very moist and soft cake. I have tried some recipes but the final result is too strong in taste and dense that I really do not like. Can somebody help???

I posted a recipe for you to try in answer to your post in the Recipe Tips and Tricks section. You can check it out here:

I always make this (and am making it this weekend), it is my favorite chocolate cupcake recipe: http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/one-bowl-chocolate-cupcakes
It is has a nice flavor, turns out moist and not too dense. Sometimes I drop a few chocolate chips in each cup after I have put the batter in. The batter is very runny, though, and I usually drip it all over the cupcake pan.

Ooh, I have this bookmarked but have yet to try it. I think I'll be experimenting with this recipe tonight. Can't wait!
