I was wondering if I can use tap to make a brick wall pattern? If so, what kind of tape is best? The cake will be covered in fondont, will that be ok?

oh my..... I would not advise you to use tape, whether it is on fondant or not. Tape is not food safe at all. I would use a mat or stencil instead.

I thought so too but I saw them use it on TV one time. It was the blue tape. I bought a stencil so I will make it from that. Thanks
