I am pretty sure this isn't possible, but I have to ask! Can you actually make this cake big enough to feed 20? Wouldn't cutting slices be impossible? And if I made 20 ramekins, but they only cook for 10 mins - how am I supposed to make sure they're served warm? Someone wants this for a rehearsal dinner and I am a little confused on how to do this. Suggestions (besides persuading her to have a real cake - I'm already gonna do that!) icon_smile.gif Thanks so much

The ramekins are fairly small, so you could probably use muffin tins, just use a cookie sheet to turn them over onto. Then take them from there to plate separately. I know my family wouldn't mind if I tried that out on them for practice. icon_lol.gif
