I saw a cake on CC that used brush embroidery. I've never tried this technique. Can some one tell me what recipe/technique works best? Can I do it directly onto SugarShack's b/c?

brush embroidery basically is a technique where you pipe the outlines of your shape and use a slightly damp soft bristled decorators paint brush to drag the inside edges of the piped outline towards the center of the shape in a series of small brush strokes. You can do this in layers and put final details on last. You can do this with buttercream or with royal icing.

Just yesterday I watched the most amazing video on brush embroidery on you tube by " the food court" .It seems to be based out of England but she was amazing. There were many very good videos on all sorts of techniques. HTH.
