I am looking for a really good white chocolate fondant recipe. Preferably one that tastes kind of like a white chocolate tootsie roll. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

I don't know how to make white chocolate fondant, but I just made modeling chocolate yesterday and it taste just like a vanilla tooties roll.

1 bag white melting wafters
1/3 cup corn syrup

I melted the chocolate wafers and then added the corn syrup. It didn't look like it misxed very well last night, but today it looks (and tastes) great. I rolled some of it out for a cut out and seems to be ok to work with. Not sure if you would be able to do a whole cake ... but maybe?
