Help!! Pizza Cookie Instructions Needed Using 10" Cake

HI ALL i HAVE BEEN ASKED TO MAKE AN 10-12 INCH CC COOKIE FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY.....i'M CLUES LESS ON MAKEING SOMETHING THAT BIG.
mY RECIPE IS FLAWLWSS.......i SAW ON CAKE BOSS ONCE HE USED A LARGE LAKE PAN TO BAKE IT IN. DO i USE PARCHMENT PAPER TO LINE THE PAN FIRST?CAKE BOARD? hOW LONG DO YOU COOK IT?WHAT TEMP?hOW THICK SHOULD THE COOKIE BE?

You can take your ccc recipe and pile it into a pizza pan or a baking pan the size you want. I find it easier to use baking pans with sides so that if i overfill, the dough doesn't fall out the sides. Try different thicknesses and see which you like best. Bake at the same temp as you would your cookies; it will obviously take longer to bake depending on your thickness.
