For strawberry bc I usually just add some extract but I was wondering can I mix in a little bit of strawberry jelly/preserves for extra flavor and color?

Wanted to make sure this was'nt one of those..lol

That is no problem, but for extra flavor and color, I just sprinkle some jello gelatin in ...... mix it well, and it is REALLY good......

One of my biggest sellers is raspberry buttercream (with seedless raspberry jam). YUMMERS!! Customers usually pair with either white almond cake or white chocolate.
