I'm making a 3 Tier cake next week (each 3 layers with filling between). It will be 12", 10", and 6"....should I use cardboard cake circles or foamboard? I want it to be strong and not bend or crack! Thanks!

I have recently started using foam core(covered with press n seal)under each tier and I love the sturdiness of them.I know alot of people use cardboard and have no problems, and others who swear by the sps system. So I guess its really what you feel comfortable with.

I use cardboards with SPS. No problems here.
