Does anyone know if it's ok to freeze carrot cake before frosting until it is needed? Has anyone done this? Wasn't sure because of the carrots and pecans in it. Thanks for any feedback.

I make mine without nuts and it freezes great, no issues at all. Hope someone else can help you with the pecans?
