I have done bridal shows many times thru the years and have always done samples which are very beautiful and simple, but I am always looking for some new trends to make it impressive, but simple for the free samples. Do mini cupcakes and fill the inside with a type of feeling. Because that gives them a bite to eat of cake with filling. Then just do some gum paste flowers, butterflies, bows, or gems on top of the cake. For color choices I would say use shades of purple because that is the new wedding trend color.
