hello! Well I officially have my 1st big cake order!! Im so nervous yet excited!!!!
The theme is a Tiffany cake box. I need the cake to feed 100. Im still trying to figure out what size squares so it looks porportioned to feed 100? Any help would be greatly appreciated !
You mean Tiffany like the jewelry store? Box like this??:
Yep just like that ! !
Can't say as I've done a square cake that big before! I'd think use a 10 in. square in several layers (10 inch is roughly 40 wedding servings) or a 12 in. (Roughly 60). Here's a serving chart, but lots of bakers are different in what they consider a serving and their pricing system! http://www.baking911.com/cakes/numberofservings_guide.htm
