I made some marshmallows today - practicing for Easter and after I had done my cut outs I had a lot of scraps and was wondering f anyone had ever made mmf with homemade marshmallows? Would it be made the same? Maybe more PS since the marshmallows are softer?

im interested in knowing this too; seems like a cheaper alternative for me as we dont have plain white mashmallows in aus, so i have to buy a whole lot of packets and end with a heap of pink marshies.. unless of course im making pink fondant. =)
