I just started baking from scratch and I found a yellow cake recipe I love.It is Slyvia Weinstock's recipe and I would love to turn it into a peanut butter cake.Any ideas?Here is the recipe:

2 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound (2 sticks) sweet butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 large egg yolks
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 large egg whites

I just tried a peanut butter cake by a CC member who posts her videos on you tube. She says it's a variation of her scratch yellow cake. I made it this weekend and it's great. Maybe it'll give you an idea of how to change the recipe you're using. This is the link
