So I have officially gotten a Wedding cake order for June! Well, it's a gift but no less daunting. It is to be a 4 tier round, fondant covering ganache and GP Gerbera Daisy cascade. All these things I have done in the past more or less but it's just been for work, family etc...
In the past I have used wooden dowels, drinking straws and Wilton hidden pillars for supports. I have been reading the SPS posts and instructions. Sounds neat and it appears many of you use it religiously.
Getting to my question...how is it different than Wilton's hidden pillar and single plate system?
I'm sorry if this has been discussed in the past but I am a little challenged when it comes to searches.
