I have made a Scooby Doo character pan cake and put it on a sheet cake, and I'm not sure what I should charge. When she ordered it she told me she wanted it to serve 60 people, and this will serve about 66 people is what I'm figuring. Any suggestions? What the going rate for a Birthday cake this big?

...moving from the Business forum since it's illegal for a business to sell cakes made from Wilton pan character cake pans (which are licensed for home use only).

It's my understanding that the character pans say specifically that they are only for home use, and cakes baked in them are not legal to sell.
