Its been awhile actually a 4 months since I made a cake. I am taking a little break. I am making a friends bridal shower cake. She has decided on mini cakes for each guest. What pan size do you suggest I use for a decent size cake? Also I was going to cover in buttercream and place on small plate or round cake board. Any suggestions? Sorry one more thing what do you charge for these little mini cakes. I will figure out ingredients and the cost to make but just curious what you all have charged. I am decorating them all different with pearls and roses and ribbon.
Those are so cute. I have a feeling these are going to be alot of work! I thinkI might do the 3" rounds because 4" would be alot of cake for one person. I think it would be different if they were boxed and taken home to be shared. Thanks! Now hopefully I can survive this! LOL
