Fondant/gumpaste Figure Modeling Sources?

I was wondering if anyone knows some good websites, books, videos that show modeling of barn animals and people, cartoons I want to take a stab at it and would like a few sources.

I second the Aine2 recommendation. You can't go wrong with any of her videos!
