These things are costing me a lot of money. They are always stuck to the paper underneath and for every cake I make with them I have to print at least two before I get a nice one. I e-mailed the distributor and he said the air is very moist and I must use a hairdryer on them - but this does not always help.

pop the sheet in the freezer for a minute or 2 and it will come right off

you can also get rice paper that doesn't have backing...I just that and it is much eaiser icon_smile.gif
